Registration fees

Registration fees include Delegate kit, 3 days coffee breaks and lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
Cancellation policy
It is possible to ask for a partial refund if you need to cancel your registration to ICFC9.
Cancellation requests made before June 3, 2023 will incur in a 20% cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests made between June 3, 2023, and June 20, 2023 will incur in a 50% cancellation fee.
A no-show will incur in a full cost due.
